Our aim at Tile Italia Pebbles is for you to love your new purchase. If, however, you are unhappy or if yourproduct has been damaged in transit, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
We can offer a replacement on some generic items as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Tile Italia Pebbles. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the items, the replacement will be initiated.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as customised pebbles or items specifically sourced for you, the descretion of which lies with the management.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Items are processed and readied for shipping within 48 hours after receiving the order, except for customised orders, which may take a duration of 10 days.
We try to deliver the products to you within 7-10 days after dispatch, within major metro city limits.
Transit times are provided by the cariers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via DTDC and Delhivery. This list is subject to periodic revision.
The shipping costs that you have paid for cover the courier costs to your location only. Any additional charges such as octroi or other state specific Taxes (if applicable), would need to be settled by you at the time of delivery.
